About this Speaker

Ms. Injeski has experience in both the public and private sector. She currently serves as Special Counsel at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf LLP where her practice focuses on transportation law with a focus on new mobility services, app-enabled shared mobility services, and passenger transportation industries. She advises clients on municipal and administrative law, professional responsibility, government ethics and conflicts of interest, investigations and due diligence, and labor and employment matters.

Prior to joining Windels Marx, Bre served as the Deputy General Counsel and Chief Ethics Officer for the Office of the New York City Comptroller, which is the City’s independently elected Chief Financial Officer. In that role, she oversaw the conflicts compliance program and served as senior employment and labor law counsel. Prior to that , she worked as the Deputy Director of Enforcement at the NYC Conflicts of Interest Board, where she helped oversee the City of New York’s conflict of interest enforcement program and represented the agency as lead counsel to prosecute violations of the conflicts of interest and lobbyist gift laws. Bre also regularly spoke, wrote and taught classes on government ethics and conflicts of interest compliance.
